The 8th European Junior Olympiad in Informatics: Partners and Sponsors
From August 16-22, 2024, Chișinău will host the 8th edition of the European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EJOI), organized by the Ministry of Education and Research and the National Agency for Curriculum and Evaluation.
EJOI partners include the State University of Moldova, the „Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University, and the E-Governance Agency.
Moldova State University (MSU) is a leading institution in the country’s higher education system, which responds to the demands of society through continuous modernization of both study programs and university infrastructure. About 10,000 students are enrolled in over 100 undergraduate and master’s programs across 11 faculties and 4 doctoral schools. MSU hosts Mediacor, a media and creative technology hub focused on advancing film production, game design and development, artificial intelligence, new media art, multimedia, and journalism.
„Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University (ICSPU) in Chisinau specializes in preparing professionals in pedagogy, philology, history, mathematics, physics, information and communication technologies, and more, ensuring competitive qualifications for the labor market.
